a) Browse our website and check the location, amenities and services provided.
    b) Once you decided to proceed with the booking, we will require 100% amount to confirm the same.
    c) You shall receive a written confirmation from us once we receive your booking amount.
    d) We will require the names, age and residential addresses with ID proof of all the guests staying there. The head guest will certify that he/she is authorized to agree to our terms on behalf of all the guests included in the booking or including persons who may be substituted/added at a later date.
    e) ID proof is a must for ALL the members/guests staying at the premises.
    f) Please notify us in writing for any special request at the time of booking. Special requests are subject to us are subject to availability and are not part of our contractual obligations unless previously mentioned.


    a)Check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 11:00 hrs.
    b)Check-in time and check out time may be flexible. Please check with us before confirming your travel arrangements.
    c)Upon your departure it is your responsibility to return all keys and all remote controls for all the appliances. You will be charged a replacement value of lost items. So also, you shall make good if any harm or breakages have been caused to the furniture, fixtures, equipment, cutlery or crockery during your stay there.


    a)The booking is solely for the purpose of residence. The guest must accept responsibility not to act as a nuisance or annoyance or cause damage to the premises, adjoining premises or to neighbors. The guests are not permitted to use the property for illegal or immoral purposes. If we consider the premises is misused for “parties”, the guests may be required to vacate the property. You will not be entitled to any refund.
    b)The use of illicit drugs is against the law in India. If any guest is found to be using these illicit drugs you will be required to vacate the property immediately. You will not be entitled to any refund.


    a)In order that we can improve our service we log traffic through our website. This information along with any correspondence between us and our client has a strict privacy policy.
    b)If you have provided your email address to us, we will send you emails. These emails may be based on personal information you provided in your initial transaction with us. When we send you mail, we may use your email address to identify information about your receipt of your email, including whether the communication was opened, how many times it was viewed and whether you clicked on an embedded hyperlink to reach a particular product or service. This information is used to measure response rates to email communications.
    c)Information you supply to us will not be passed to any third party. We may share personal information with law enforcement agencies in the event of a criminal investigation or suspected illegal activity.
    d)We value opinions and comments. Information thus collected will be used to make improvements to the services provided. Participation in filling the feedback form is completely voluntary.


    a)The premises may have dangers such as low verandah rails, staircases, river front walls or undulating pathways and gardens. We do not describe the premises as totally child friendly. You accept complete liability for any accidents caused by or arising out of your own negligence, misuse of the premises, or failure to comply with local laws and regulations, including any caused due to alcohol and/or any drugs or medicine of any kind.
    b)We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to your property or for any distress howsoever arising.
    c)We are not liable for any government power supply failure and/or failure of back-up power systems provided by us at the premises.
    d)We are not responsible for the service we provide up to your arrival at the premises. If any issues arise during your stay at the premises, they should be raised with the staff directly. If the staff are unable to resolve the issue our team is available 24/7 to help.


    a)We may visit the property and the premises at any time as per our convenience and no permission or appointment will be required from the guest.
    b)Only the guests booked into the premises have access to it. If guests would like to invite non-residents to visit the premises it may be possible but only with prior permission from us. It is prohibited for non-residents to visit the premises without prior information.
    c)Prior to your departure, our representative shall be allowed access to inspect the property. They also have the right to access the property during your stay if urgent maintenance is required.


    a)We recommend all members of your party have their own comprehensive travel insurance. Please consult your travel agent or insurance company. We do not offer insurance services and the insurance of the premises does not cover guests. We cannot be held responsible for problems arising out of the organization of your insurance.
    b)The guest’s belongings, furnishings or equipment within the premises are his/hers responsibility and are not covered by any insurance policy maintained by us.

  8. PETS

    a)Despite our unconditional love for pets, we are aware that many of our guests don’t share our love. Therefore, we do not service pets at our premises.


    a)If you do not accept, agree to, or comply with our terms and conditions laid out above we reserve the right to cancel your booking. If you are already in residence in the premises and do not comply with our terms and conditions you may be required to vacate the property immediately. In both cases you will not be entitled to any refund.
