c)Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability.
d)Each premises accommodates maximum 4 guests. The combination of 2 premises shall accommodate 8 guests.
e)The rates mentioned are valid only for the mentioned period. The rates are subject to change without any notice

b)Between 14 days & 07 days before requested arrival date – 50% Refund
c)After 06 days of requested arrival date no refund.
d)No show & Early Check out – No Refund
All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts at Goa.
